Adds shortcuts for opening the active service in a browser, file explorer, or configured IDE. Focused containers use their parent service directory.
Adds an Open With picker and user-scoped IDE preferences with global, project, and service overrides in
~/.blink/settings.yml. Launcher discovery remains PATH-based and external applications run without shell execution.Open actions remain discoverable through help without occupying the persistent footer.
