Re-record with the full original choreography: /add README on camera, Task Center to 100%, then the cited answer (Qwen3-4B, matching the original). Uniform 25fps like the shipped reels; VHS-direct gif for true colour.

Replaces Mac-recorded demo reels with pod-recorded ones at the settled render spec: native 1x, font 18 JetBrains Mono ExtraBold, rose-pine, deterministic cited answers, VHS-direct gifs trimmed to end on the answer with a short hold. Each reel ships gif + mp4 + poster under its stable filename, plus its tape source with a hardware-provenance header.
Review each reel here as it lands; this PR grows a commit per reel and merges to gh-pages when the batch is approved.
In this PR so far:
Coming: the single-card UI sweeps next, then the flagship chat/add/tour reels on 2x5090.
