Updates the marketing footer structure, copy, styling, and supporting build/test coverage.

Summary

• Redesigned the marketing footer layout and bottom utility row.
• Reorganized footer navigation into two groups: Todd and Terms & Policies.
• Updated footer translations and cookie preference copy used by the new footer.
• Refined footer visuals, including link typography, divider styling, spacing, and language selector display.
• Updated the Sanity build script to run non-interactively with sanity build --yes.

• Removed What We Do from the visible footer links.
• Removed Vulnerability reporting from the visible footer links.
• Renamed Terms & Conditions to Terms of Use.
• Renamed Privacy policy to Privacy Policy.
• Added Terms & Policies as the footer section label.
• Added JSON message keys:
  • footer.sections.termsAndPolicies
  • footer.links.about
  • footer.links.research
  • cookiePreferences.manageCookies

Visual Changes

• Set footer links to 14px and font weight 400.
• Made the divider above the social row slightly thicker.
• Extended the divider edge-to-edge across the page.
• Shifted the footer link columns slightly left.
• Updated the language selector to show the active language label and location.

Validation

• Added a regression test for footer group headings and exact link order.
• Ran bun format.
• Ran the focused footer component test successfully.
