Instead of downloading a precompiled service image build the snapshot
when creating a pod.
This allows to use custom SDKs.
It comes with the risk of running incomptabile SDK/Artemis versions, but
there is a usual environment check (so lower SDKs shouldn't be a
problem), and we recommend to our users to update Artemis and the
SDK at the same time.
