docs: sync AGENTS.md delegate block with template, unify plugin taglines - #40

AGENTS.md was generated by an older sidemux init: its managed block lacked the mandatory description guidance the current template (and CLAUDE.md) carries, and had a stale 'prefer the current visible session' paragraph the template no longer emits. Regenerated to match directiveBlock() output. plugin.json, marketplace.json (top-level and plugin entry) each had a different tagline; all three now share one line, phrased to match the README's description.
