Summary

Phase C kickoff — committed regression e2e for the existing auth flows (previously only unit/web-tested):

  • signup → admin dashboard
  • sign-out → login, and protected route bounces to login when logged out
  • login success via the form; bad password shows the inline error and stays
  • forgot-password returns an identical message for known and unknown emails (no user enumeration)
  • invite-accept lands the volunteer on /v/schedule

No production change — pure e2e coverage in the blocking lane.

Test plan

  • tests/e2e/test_auth_flows.py — 4 tests
  • Local: full tests/e2e/ 11 passed; black --check api tests + ruff check api tests clean
  • CI: lint/type/test + blocking e2e lane green

Closes #216 · part of #196 (Phase C).

Committed regression e2e for the existing auth surface that had only
unit/web coverage: signup→dashboard, sign-out + protected-route
gating, login success, bad-password rejection, non-enumerating
forgot-password response, and invite-accept landing on the schedule.

Closes #216
