Companion fork of frfa/XyGrib for the GFS/WW3 NOAA NOMADS downloader script (https://github.com/DrCalambre/GFS_NOAA_NOMADS_Downloader_for_XyGrib-72h_GRIB2_Forecast). Adds support for NOAA WW3 swell partitions (surfaceType1=241), which XyGrib currently discards — so swell height, period and direction from NOMADS GRIB2 files display correctly.
