- Add least-privilege queue roles
- Retain finished queue history safely
Keep API and queue runtime credentials scoped to their actual operations. This prevents ordinary service work from using the migration owner.
Keep queue evidence available for operational inspection while avoiding deletion of jobs whose compute records still need reconciliation.
