Bumps webui to 2.0.0-beta.1 (matching the coordinated 2.0 beta across the other repos) and records the changes since 1.1.2: the unified AI chat with a side canvas, live progress streaming over websockets, an MCP client settings panel, financial-position/holdings/intent UI, the admin console, plugin extension slots, and the dashboard/report speedups.
This is what the release gate needs on dev before #101 (dev to main) can pass: a version that isn't already tagged, plus a matching changelog entry. The changelog is derived from the 19 merged commits, not hand-waved.
