주민센터 공개 안내자료를 기존 10개에서 서로 다른 민원 30종으로 확대했습니다. 정부24·행정안전부·지자체 공식자료를 대조해 전국 제도 안내 26건과 지역 참고 4건을 구분하고, 최종 응답의 출처에 적용 범위와 보조 URL을 표시합니다.
추가 범위는 인감 신규·변경, 주민등록 정정·신규 발급·분실·전입세대확인·통보, 전자본인서명, 지방세 증명, 복지 증명·신청, 임신·출산·상속 통합신청입니다. 특정 센터 운영시간·전화·창구는 미등록이며 실제 신청·발급·수급 자격 판정은 제공하지 않습니다. 신규 출처와 접근 한계는 docs/resident_center_expansion.md에 기록했습니다.
30개 업무별 서로 다른 표현 60건, 후속 질문 20건, 미수록 업무 10건, 개인정보·공격·위험 출력 10건의 내부 시나리오를 추가했습니다. 첫 검사에서 한국어 공격 문장이 matched_terms로 로그에 남는 실패를 재현해 저장 전 matched_terms/matched_text를 재귀 제거했습니다. 판정·reason code·건수·서명 구조는 유지합니다. 기존 로그 자동 정리는 하지 않습니다.
검증: 관련 서버·계약 회귀 234 passed, 기존 deprecation 경고 3건. 화면 계약 32 passed/0 failed, 두 JSON 파싱과 git diff --check 통과. 서버에 화면 래퍼가 포함되어 두 수치를 합산하지 않습니다. 신규 검증은 합성 Provider와 경량 탐지기 비활성화 환경이며 실제 LLM 답변 정확성·법령 전체 현행성·일반화 성능은 미검증입니다. 최초 실패와 수정 근거는 reports/resident_center_expansion_verification.md에 남겼습니다.
