fix: deploy mainnet frontend assets to served path

Summary: deploy mainnet artifacts directly to the repository directory served by Nginx, instead of an unserved mainnet child directory. Validation: git diff --check; confirmed packaged Nginx serves the repository directory and Docker maps the mainnet host path to it. Refs: INF-180, INF-181.
