Publish lgnome 0.5.6 as one cumulative snapshot from v0.5.5.

This snapshot includes the audited native/RDP fixes already merged into development main, the webOS IPK archive compatibility fix, and the 0.5.6 preparation changes from tested development main 3cf70a3a5ad020b757d4afb3bebb61c7aad45224. IronRDP is pinned to 8bfef9fe62bd9d936ba5f253ed3fd0ccb668b49c; its Progressive decoder retains valid tile contexts across dropped updates rather than resetting all surfaces.

The webOS build now uses all available CPU cores by default, while preserving an explicit CMAKE_BUILD_PARALLEL_LEVEL override. This replaces the earlier release candidate PR #4.

User-visible changes:

• Adapt audio buffering to large Windows PCM packets and retain initial audio blocks.
• Fix H.264 session-switching races, bitmap refinement handling, and session-failure recovery.
• Keep input grabs aligned with actual TV window focus; fix USB disconnect handling, cursor updates, text-entry ordering, keypad input, and volume-fader updates.
• Improve saved-profile and capture-settings persistence, Unicode JSON handling, and startup-profile validation.
• Improve camera/microphone startup and recovery; reconnect affected camera sessions when resolution or frame rate changes.
• Add TLS 1.2 compatibility, verify TLS handshake signatures, correct NTLM key-exchange handling, bound incoming RDP message assembly, and add protocol/write deadlines.
• Preserve webOS installer-compatible IPK archive headers while correcting packaged settings-directory permissions.

Validation:

• Passed locally: 100 Rust tests, 121 IronRDP library tests (55 EGFX, 55 capture-replay, 8 DVC, 3 SVC), and 84 native tests with Opus.
• Final 0.5.6 ARM build and IPK verification: Passed on the exact merged development main.
• Final 0.5.6 TV update/startup smoke: Passed: same-ID update, matching installed binary, fresh saved-configuration load, and NDL initialization.
• Required GitHub Actions checks on this PR: PASSED on the current release head 2de1aeca2429cf28e7d293a7649e5b2e6b16cd5f (PR-triggered CI).
• Codex GitHub integration review of the current PR head: COMPLETED, no findings (bot result); no unresolved review threads.

Self-signed server certificates remain accepted. A full live Windows/GNOME compatibility matrix and extended camera/microphone or four-session soak tests were not performed. On the reference TV, the update retained the existing settings-directory permissions; it did not migrate the parent directory to sticky mode. The private profile directory remained mode 0700. Saved profiles were loaded, but an SSH backup was unavailable.
