Overview
This PR bumps the trueforge Helm chart for a release candidate publish: chart version goes from 0.2.2 to 0.2.3-rc.0, appVersion from 0.2.1 to 0.3.0-rc.0, and the default image.tag in values.yaml to 0.3.0-rc.0-346221b (replacing 0.2.1-de68a16).

No template or runtime config changes—only release metadata aligned with the npm-install image already in the registry. Merging is intended to tag charts/trueforge@0.2.3-rc.0, cut a GitHub Release, and publish the OCI chart.
