Summary

Add cWUSDC (GRU compliant wrapped transport mirror of Chain 138 cUSDC) on three public mesh chains:

3 logos / 6 files — split from #36948 because Trust bot rejects >10 changed files when combined with dfiometa batch.

Split from #36948 — Trust bot only accepts ≤10 changed files per PR. This PR has 6 files (3 cWUSDC × logo + info) on known chains (ethereum/smartchain/polygon).
