docs: link published TRVNY universe graph

Links the architecture documentation to the published TRVNY/TRAVNIE universe map in the existing GitHubowa Kraina atlas.

The interactive graph itself is maintained by trvny/tvpi#114 so the project keeps one hosted source of truth instead of a second inert HTML copy under docs/.
