Preserve the original PR32 commit by SevenPwZ. Add verified install recovery, explicit phone/computer download selection, authenticated gateway assistance, and an external-browser APK fallback with the reviewed native UI. Include focused regressions and decision notes. The user accepted the local test app; this is a source-only integration with no version or release change.
