The Atlas CLI up to its first release (v0.1.0): atlas run <agent> drives any ACP registry agent with shared memory, desktop-compatible session capture and cloud sync, in a Bubble Tea chat screen or headless.

What's in it:

  • Auth, atlas init (local or cloud Project), shared memory (MCP server, revision chain, export/import, browser), session capture (desktop schema v10, redactor), git linkage including rewrites, and cloud sync.
  • The ACP client (ADR-0009, ADR-0010): registry and installs (managed Node, npx, binary archives), launch, the protocol with the desktop's timeouts, sign-in (terminal and agent methods), every client callback, and session load/resume/list.
  • The chat screen, headless --prompt, atlas agents check, atlas status, and release packaging (GoReleaser for linux/amd64, linux/arm64, darwin/arm64, darwin/amd64; install.sh; ADR-0011).
  • The earlier proxy path is parked on parked/proxy-path.

Verified:

  • CI is green on all four platforms with native runners.
  • Live runs with claude-acp, codex-acp, gemini and opencode (file edits, capture, memory, cloud sync), including a full chat-screen session, restart after a crash, and image attach.
  • atlas agents check --all: 33 of 38 agents for the platform hand-shake; the 5 failures are on the agents' side.
  • docs/progress.md has the details and the wire evidence.

Not yet verified: the desktop parity checklist (docs/acceptance/acp.md).

docs/atlas-reference holds the specification, the desktop evidence files,
the glossary and the desktop ADRs the CLI depends on. docs/adr records the
per-agent adapter rule (ADR-0000), the decisions D13-D19 (ADR-0001 to
ADR-0007) and how the redactor was ported without the desktop source
(ADR-0008, proposed).
- Module, cobra command tree with stubs for unbuilt commands, Makefile,
  golangci-lint config and CI for linux/amd64, linux/arm64, darwin/arm64.
- internal/redact: six-layer, JSON-aware redactor with the betterleaks rule
table generated as data by tools/genrules.
- internal/auth: device grant, the desktop-compatible session file, JWT
cache, identity refresh, backoff; atlas login, logout, whoami, org.
- internal/capture/store: sessions.db v10 created from the desktop's stored
DDL, the writer lock and the binding row.
- internal/project, internal/ingest, internal/tui: scope root, walk-up
  discovery, git fingerprint, gates, cloud Project matching and creation;
atlas init, memory and capture enable/disable, and a basic atlas status.
- docs/progress.md records what was verified live and what was not.
- internal/memory/record: memory.sqlite v6 created from the desktop's
stored DDL; write, guard, merge, fold, forget and feedback rules; the
blake3 revision chain; FTS5 search; citations; Agent Memory Repo export
  and import.
- internal/memory/server: the ten MCP tools over streamable HTTP, bearer
tokens for ACP, a peer-checked Unix socket, and the stdio bridge.
- internal/capture/store and internal/capture/record: sessions.db v10 rows,
blobs, the cumulative usage recorder, titles, canonical tool names,
sketches, edit patches and file sampling.
- internal/proxy: pass-through capture proxy with the Anthropic dialect.
- internal/listener: per-Project listener for memory, hooks and the proxy.
- internal/agents/ambient: the Claude Code adapter and .atlas/cli.json.
- Commands: mcp-bridge, serve, shell, env, hook claude, statusline claude,
memory verify, export and import; memory and capture enable install the
  agent configuration.
- ADR-0001 amended: memory export writes a directory.
…les and the README; add --image, clean shutdown and the Apache-2.0 license
