Add optional api_key Basic auth for mutating CLI requests - #36

- Config gains an optional api_key (skipped when absent, so legacy configs deserialize unchanged); when set, POST/PUT requests carry Authorization: Basic base64(api_key) and GET requests never do - Bump version to 2.1.0 - Front-end: explicit top-level sign-in link to ./_goto/login so a proxy's interactive login flow can redirect the whole page - README: document the credential format (username:app-password for Authentik forward-auth edges) and 0600 file permissions - Tests: base64 RFC 4648 vectors, request-builder header assertions, httpmock wire checks incl. proving GET leaks no credentials; coverage is now 100% lines/regions/functions (llvm-cov), clippy clean
