Pins the demo engine built from 65fe72f (release wasm-demo-78cdb46bcfd1) for oxc.tsrx.dev. Until this merges the site keeps serving the previously pinned engine, which stays available because engine releases are immutable. Opened by site-artifact.yml; needs one approving review.

wasm-demo-be1f4a4ec00d(commita7c38aa) towasm-demo-78cdb46bcfd1built from65fe72f.wasm-pin.jsonnow records the new release tag,inputsHash,sourceCommit, and a refreshedwasmSHA-256 (~8.77 MB, up slightly from ~8.73 MB).
