Add a unit test runner step to the js-syntax job that executes all *.test.mjs files found in scripts/ and scripts/__tests__/. Previously only syntax checking was performed — test regressions in scripts like sync-org-docs.mjs or build-iso-index.mjs would go undetected in CI. Also updates the test summary table to report unit test status.
