This code implements the algorythim described in the article [A constructive algorithm for the Cartan decomposition of SU(2N)](https://arxiv.org/abs/quant-ph/0505128). In the comments we will reference equation from the article and indicate witch step from the "step by step sumary" each part of the code is implementing.
