This PR updates the navbar color from dark to a light gray (#f2f2f2) for a softer, more modern, and professional appearance. The new color palette aligns better with a hospital/healthcare theme, enhancing visual comfort and readability.

Replaced the Bootstrap bg-dark class with a custom .custom-navbar class.
Added new CSS styling for the navbar background, text, and hover effects.
Improved contrast and hover interaction with subtle green accents (#00695c).
