Upgrades agent-acp-kit to 0.7.8, preserves exact Agent Target identity and executable paths, keeps composer defaults inside the kit while retaining UI metadata, makes custom commands and packaging shell-free and portable, and adds a Windows packaged bootstrap E2E with a native tutti.exe in a path containing spaces and a completed real Agent run. Tests: pnpm check; 138 package tests; pnpm package:tutti. Independent review found no remaining P0-P2.
