• Correct CLI examples, keybinds, skill discovery, workflow run IDs/worktrees/retry limits, and storage paths against current source.
• Repair instruction-file markers, repository-map and adapter-registration references; keep architecture decisions, research, personal operator constraints and third-party content.
• Document isolated Bun checks and make the optional provider-backed skill probe use a private working directory.

Validation

• bun install --frozen-lockfile, bunx --no-install tsc --noEmit, git diff --check passed.
• Executed the documented isolated bun test recipe: 910 passed, 3 skipped, 0 failed. Skips: tool-gated TUI pilot and two pre-existing skipped tests.
• Bun smoke checked README YAML against seeded presets, CLI help/list/status, keybinds, local links and AGENTS.md -> CLAUDE.md.
• No application behavior changes, global installs, live fleet/controller changes, provider-backed flt runs or deployment.

Checked open PRs #95 and #108 first; none of their changed files are edited here. Per-adapter projection changes remain with #95. Independent Standards and Spec reviews passed at 96d2caf on Grok 4.6 (xhigh, model identity verified).
