- Add status filter pills to Plugins tab for quick filtering by APPROVED, REJECTED, etc. - Add rejection reason modal when changing plugin/version to negative status - Add quick reject button on approved plugins for emergency response - Add color-coded status badges on plugin and version status indicators - Forward optional reason to backend API on status change Closes #1
