Remove the default preloaddata and fetchdata calls on the reviewer screen, which execute all prompt preload and fetch functions immediately.
Replaced with a selective batch call to preload and fetch only data that applies to inline prompts.
Allows for full modal reviewer questions to be deferred until they are opened
