…警告を止める mise は cwd 以下の .config/mise/config.toml を project 設定として読むため、 この repo の checkout や worktree で shell を開くたびに 「config.toml is not trusted, run `mise trust`」が出ていた。 repo 側だけ .config/mise/global.toml に改名し、copy.conf でコピー先 ~/.config/mise/config.toml に変換する。設定値は変えない。 - .config/mise/config.toml → .config/mise/global.toml (git mv、先頭コメントに理由を追記) - copy.conf: 元 path を global.toml に変更 - docs/architecture.md: ツリー表記と mise の節を更新 確認: - repo 外の test dir で、global.toml は mise config ls に検出されないことを実測 - worktree で mise config ls が ~/.config/mise/config.toml だけを返し、 fish -l -i -c true で警告が出ないことを確認 - ./lint.sh の TOML 検査は通過。tmux isolated tests の 1 件は main でも出る既存エラー Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

目的
この repo の checkout や worktree の中で terminal を開くと、1 行目に
mise WARN .../.config/mise/config.toml is not trusted, runmise trustto enable itが出る。worktree を作るたびに
mise trustが必要になっていたのを止める。原因
mise は cwd とその上位にある
.config/mise/config.tomlを project 設定として読む。この repo は
~/.config/mise/config.tomlの元ファイルを同じ相対 path に置いていたため、checkout 内では未信頼の project 設定として検出されていた。
変更
.config/mise/config.toml→.config/mise/global.toml(git mv、先頭コメントに理由を追記)copy.conf: 元 path をglobal.tomlに変更。コピー先~/.config/mise/config.tomlは変えないdocs/architecture.md: ツリー表記と mise の節を更新trusted_config_pathsは global 専用設定で、同じ内容の repo 側ファイルが project 設定として読まれると今度は「global 専用設定を無視した」警告が出るため採用せず、改名にした。
確認
config.tomlとglobal.tomlを比較し、後者はmise config lsに検出されないことを実測mise config lsが~/.config/mise/config.toml (none)だけを返すfish -l -i -c trueで起動を再現し、警告が出ない (変更前は同じコマンドで再現)./lint.sh: TOML 検査 (taplo) は通過。tmux isolated tests: sidebar version was not recordedの 1 件は変更前の main でも出る既存エラー影響
./install.shで~/.config/mise/config.tomlがコメント行だけ違う内容に再コピーされる。設定値は同じ~/agent/projects/dotfiles) は merge して pull するまで旧 path のままなので、そこで開く shell では merge まで警告が続く🤖 Generated with Claude Code
