Description

This is a SPA written in Vue to visualize neuronal reconstruction files in a SWC file format. Inspired by the open source software by SharkViewer.

Neuroviewer is accessible from here.

Usage

1. Clicke on the "Choose Files" button and select a single or multiple SWC files to upload.

2. Viewer loads the reconstructed neurons.
