Summary

  • refine patient-detail pages, API endpoints, and supporting components to match the latest practice workflow expectations
  • refresh schema/migrations plus supporting seed scripts so the contact, insurance, and service-type data align with the new details
  • update documentation, guides, and metadata to keep architecture, permissions, and security sources in sync
