Summary
motion-render had no license, so nobody was allowed to reuse or modify the code even though anyone could install it. This adds the MIT license.
LICENSE: the MIT license text, copyright umiyosh 2026.README.md/README.ja.md: a License section at the end..claude-plugin/plugin.json/package.json:"license": "MIT".Reported in #41, which also suggested a shorter About text and a Website link. Those are repository settings, changed separately.
Closes #41
