Dear AMAPVox Team and Users,
I created a XML configuration file in the GUI (v2.0.2) and it ran without any problems.
However, when I want to run AMAPvox via R by running AMAPVox::run(version = "latest", xml = "path/to/my/configuration_file.xml") using the same configuration file I get the following Error: ERROR - Unsupported/deprecated type of configuration file.
Has anyone had similar experiences or have an idea how to solve the problem?
