The pm-toolchain bump to @unbrained/pm-cli 2026.10.9 fails the tracker integrity gate with merge_decisions_unreviewed:3 and merge_receipts_pending:5. The eight receipts under .agents/pm/merge-receipts were committed before 2026.9.5 and were already reviewed by merge_reconcile events on 2026-08-22, but the new release no longer accepts those events as proof. A forced pm merge reconcile appends one audited merge_reconcile event to each of pm-beads-1uz3, pm-beads-lajb and pm-beads-y76h. It changes no item field, and pm history --verify --strict-exit passes on each stream.
