…eout caller The sync caller now pins pm-github 2026.10.16 (tag 67a5e3e), whose reusable workflow resolves the caller's default branch through the API (schedule payloads carry no repository object) and accepts npm-project-dir. The new closeout caller runs the reusable gated closeout workflow daily: it closes items delivered by merged pull requests on a bot branch and opens one PR. Tracked by pm-beads-bv5f.
