pm github closeout --repo unbraind/pm-github --pr 130 --pr 131 --pr 132 --apply verified that every required head check of the three merged pull requests concluded success (CodeQL, CodeRabbit, codeql, semgrep, test (22), test (26); #131 also Sourcery) and closed the items they deliver:

Item Delivered by
pm-github-z5z1 — Let reusable sync choose its npm project directory #130
pm-github-q4uz — Refuse reusable sync runs outside the caller default branch #131
pm-github-0x3y — Add a reusable gated closeout PR workflow #132

pm-github-0x3y was tagged added so pm-changelog files it under Added (its type is Task). CHANGELOG.md was regenerated with npm run changelog:full, and changelog:check passes. pm health --strict-exit is ok in a clean HOME. This lands before the 2026.10.16 daily release so the release notes include all three changes.
