Close verified deliveries and keep in progress reserved for active work. Every original in-progress and open item was checked against full tracker records and merged/open PR claims, comments and acceptance criteria. Incomplete or ambiguous work remains open. Current stale assignments are released; historical claim identities remain provenance.

Status Before After
in_progress 9 0
open 13 18
closed 81 86
canceled 1 1
Item Old → new status Evidence
pm-rl-shadow in_progress → closed #99, merged 2026-10-23T08:52:15Z, merge ba69b61: Consented shadow failures cannot affect active actions, budgets include both arms and switching requires existing validated outcome-comparison/promotion controls.
pm-rl-apvf in_progress → open Returned to open in the 2026-10-24 sweep: Open PR #95 carries remaining recursive-promotion work; multiple narrower merged implementations do not establish all execution, contamination, crash and resource criteria in one verified delivery. No active agent is established.
pm-rl-policycards in_progress → closed #100, merged 2026-10-24T16:03:45Z, merge 9949e50: Portable cards bind canonical provenance and every recursive candidate/promotion, replay cited outcomes without examples or credentials and retain recoverable publication with two-generation public evidence and release CI.
pm-rl-evalplans in_progress → closed #97, merged 2026-10-22T22:30:52Z, merge c52079a: Promotion binds predeclared causal plans and independent cohort structure; changed plans invalidate comparison identity and correlated cohorts cannot inflate sample counts.
pm-rl-prefix in_progress → closed #89, merged 2026-10-20T09:52:40Z, merge aadf966: Training remains confined to frozen training repositories and budgets, reports majority/diversity/calibration/final-test scores and an explicit null result without weakening promotion.
pm-rl-bi4v in_progress → closed #80, merged 2026-10-16T06:28:49Z, merge b255dfa: Baseline/candidate timing diagnosis isolates killed-child coverage and bounds independent pairs; all eight real HTTP crash boundaries and npm/Bun gates pass within the unchanged 300-second limit.
pm-rl-9uz4 in_progress → open Returned to open in the 2026-10-24 sweep: Merged PR 96 verified eight closeouts and clean isolated health, but legacy provenance and environment advisories remain; open PR #95 still references this health work. No active agent is established.
pm-rl-streamtiming in_progress → open Returned to open in the 2026-10-24 sweep: Recorded receipts show a deterministic descriptor-close fixture, but no merged PR title/body/commit names this item and its comments do not identify the delivering PR. Attribution remains unverified; no active work.
pm-rl-8nev in_progress → open Returned to open in the 2026-10-24 sweep: Recorded receipts show an improved running-state barrier, but no merged PR claim or item-comment delivery link establishes attribution for this record. Retain the real-container acceptance for review; no active work.
pm-rl-be6l absent → open This sweep: complete tracker/PR audit and linked whitespace check; PR CI and orchestrator verification pending.

Retained open after review:

  • pm-rl-apvf: Returned to open in the 2026-10-24 sweep: Open PR Refuse recursive tracker proposals without paired baseline wins #95 carries remaining recursive-promotion work; multiple narrower merged implementations do not establish all execution, contamination, crash and resource criteria in one verified delivery. No active agent is established.
  • pm-rl-warf: No merged implementation establishes completion of the recorded scope; retain the existing open work.
  • pm-rl-longidlock: No merged implementation establishes completion of the recorded scope; retain the existing open work.

No active agent is established.
  • pm-rl-corpusnofollow: No merged implementation establishes completion of the recorded scope; retain the existing open work.
  • pm-rl-streamtiming: Returned to open in the 2026-10-24 sweep: Recorded receipts show a deterministic descriptor-close fixture, but no merged PR title/body/commit names this item and its comments do not identify the delivering PR. Attribution remains unverified; no active work.
  • pm-rl-nogitdata: No merged implementation establishes completion of the recorded scope; retain the existing open work.
  • pm-rl-processcancel: No merged implementation establishes completion of the recorded scope; retain the existing open work.
  • pm-rl-stdin: No merged implementation establishes completion of the recorded scope; retain the existing open work.
  • pm-rl-7c7m: No merged implementation establishes completion of the recorded scope; retain the existing open work.
  • pm-rl-8nev: Returned to open in the 2026-10-24 sweep: Recorded receipts show an improved running-state barrier, but no merged PR claim or item-comment delivery link establishes attribution for this record. Retain the real-container acceptance for review; no active work.
  • pm-rl-7073: No merged implementation establishes completion of the recorded scope; retain the existing open work.

Validation: package changelog generation/check, pinned strict tracker health with required merge drivers under isolated Git identity, changed-item history verification, independent original-history prefix checks, linked git diff --check, and public added-text/scope checks passed. Existing history records are unchanged. No production function changed, so source-function revert proof is inapplicable; mainline ancestry, acceptance and lifecycle/history checks provide the evidence.

Where strict health required it, the repository-pinned pm merge install regenerated the extension merge fence. Existing historical advisories are retained; no history normalization or repair was used. The pm-vcs text self-host archive is regenerated and independently checked when applicable.

The PR CI runs complete npm run release:check and bun run release:check (native just release-check for Rust). Final exact-head CI results are reported separately; pending, skipped and neutral review checks are not approval.

Commit: c106c8f9563b62fe4dac31b4a68a108120adf493. The sweep audit remains open with its claim released for orchestrator review. No PR is merged.

Reviewer's Guide

This sweep audits every original in-progress and open item against merged ancestry, acceptance criteria, and PR attribution, closing five verified deliveries, reopening or retaining incomplete work, adding one audited open chore, and recording all lifecycle decisions in append-only history; it also updates the changelog for the verified deliveries. No production code changes.

Reconciles tracker lifecycle states against merged PR evidence, reopening items whose acceptance or attribution is incomplete and closing only verified deliveries.
  • Closes five verified feature/task items based on specific merged PRs and recorded acceptance evidence.
  • Returns four previously in-progress items to open when work remains, attribution is missing, or acceptance is incomplete.
  • Adds one newly audited open chore and records append-only history entries for every status transition.
  • Retains other open items where no merged implementation proves the full recorded scope.

Getting Help

The in-progress sweep closed delivered items with completed_at set to the
reconciliation time. Analytics that read completed_at as the delivery time
(cycle time, recall utility, burndown) then see work finish up to weeks late.
Each closure now carries the cited PR's merge time as completed_at; closed_at
keeps the tracker reconciliation time. Recorded with pm update --completed-at,
so the correction is an appended history event.

Orchestrator review of this sweep (done by hand; review bots here are rate-limited or not enabled):

  • Closures: 5 of 5 closure rows cite a PR that is MERGED, and the cited merge SHA equals the PR's actual merge commit (checked with gh pr view --json state, mergeCommit).
  • Completion time: e139976 sets completed_at to the cited merge time on each closure (5 items), via pm update --completed-at (an appended history event). closed_at keeps the reconciliation time. Before this, cycle-time and utility consumers saw delivery up to weeks late.
  • Open items: everything not proven delivered stays open with its reason in the PR body. No production code changed.

Merging once CI is green on this head.
