The 2026-10-21 audit found eight delivered tracker items still active. This PR records their historical delivery and regenerates CHANGELOG.md. The 2026-10-22 review rechecked every listed record against main; no correction was needed.

Each item was checked against main ce948522e18a37f92e9d3b345371ac924c5fa305, which still exactly matches the audited source snapshot. Existing open PR references were checked through PR bodies and changed .agents/pm files. REAL verdicts remain untouched.

pm-rl-hncb FIXED-STALE Reverified current main ce94852: merged #59 (4936113); source tree exactly matches the audited snapshot. Certify pm-rl on PM CLI/SDK 2026.10.4 and consolidate pending dependency updates. PR #59 (4936113) delivers the dated certification; package.json/lockfile subsequently advance the toolchain. A dated receipt is not current exact-head acceptance. item
pm-rl-1bpz FIXED-STALE Reverified current main ce94852: merged #77 (a8d309b); source tree exactly matches the audited snapshot. Enable pm-github issue sync in the pm-rl tracker. PR #77 (a8d309b) delivers the gated import caller and removes the braces chain. item
pm-rl-a2zp FIXED-STALE Reverified current main ce94852: merged #92 (ce94852); source tree exactly matches the audited snapshot. Lift the prefix learner's capacity bound: content-addressed checkpoint artifacts instead of the 4096-byte staging record. PR #92 (ce94852) stores large checkpoints as content-addressed blobs and retains checked receipt digests; capacity/corruption regressions and measured acceptance are committed. item
pm-rl-rsi FIXED-STALE Reverified current main ce94852: merged #88 (d58b91c); source tree exactly matches the audited snapshot. Promote improver policies from their own outcome ledger. PR #88 (d58b91c) delivers typed proposer-policy lineage and ledger-driven equal-budget evaluation. item
pm-rl-meta FIXED-STALE Reverified current main ce94852: merged #84 (4c7b027); source tree exactly matches the audited snapshot. Improve bounded training recipes over public tracker histories. PR #84 (4c7b027) implements bounded meta-recursive recipe search, lineage, reservations and fail-closed promotion. item
pm-rl-whrd FIXED-STALE Reverified current main ce94852: merged #80 (b255dfa); source tree exactly matches the audited snapshot. Train the bounded LM in external Compose jobs across recursive generations. PR #80 (b255dfa) implements the external training experiment and isolates crash children from inherited coverage; the eight-boundary drill passed its unchanged 300-second limit. item
pm-rl-mjo5 FIXED-STALE Reverified current main ce94852: merged #79 (2018b58); source tree exactly matches the audited snapshot. Add Docker Compose execution for the durable process trainer contract. PR #79 (2018b58) implements Compose execution through the durable process trainer contract. item
pm-rl-yb4q FIXED-STALE Reverified current main ce94852: SHA-pinned gated workflow caller retained; source tree exactly matches the audited snapshot. Adopt pm-github 2026.10.16: default-branch-safe gated sync and daily gated closeout PRs. Both .github/workflows/pm-github-sync.yml and pm-github-closeout.yml pin 67a5e3e / 2026.10.16. Adoption is delivered; this does not claim scheduled jobs are currently green. item

Before: these eight records were active after their bounded delivery. The original reconciliation closes them with explicit evidence. This review preserves those eight existing closures and adds verification evidence to pm-rl-9uz4, which remains in progress with its claim released. Existing history remains append-only.

Review round (2026-10-22): complete pagination finds zero unresolved threads. CodeRabbit's completed review reports no actionable comments and no Outside diff range findings. All eight cited delivery/closure records were rechecked: cited merge commits are ancestors of main, the implementation/documentation families exist there, and both gated workflow callers retain the declared 67a5e3e pin. The original 17/17 paths are tracker or CHANGELOG.md; source outside that scope remains identical. This evidence is the tracker-only regression check; no code revert proof applies.

Validation with pinned pm 2026.10.17:

  • npm ci passes: 130 packages added, 171 audited, zero vulnerabilities.
  • Pinned pm linked evidence checks pass 2/2: git diff --check and source parity outside tracker/CHANGELOG paths.
  • npm run changelog:full and npm run changelog:check pass after tracker writes.
  • With an isolated HOME and disabled global/system Git configuration, pinned pm health --strict-exit --require-merge-drivers passes after installation: exit 0, ok=true. Three nonblocking advisory categories remain: pending telemetry queue, stale in-progress work, and legacy provenance-role values. Their follow-up stays on pm-rl-9uz4; telemetry and history were not changed.

The previously issued CI re-run is complete at original head aa8e9b2, attempt 2: all three jobs pass. The downloaded Bun log independently confirms 676/676 tests, zero fail/skip/cancel/todo, 100% in all four coverage dimensions over 47 sources, and successful bun install --no-save package-graph installation. The conditional repeated installation failure did not occur, so no dependency or installer change is needed.

The review commit changes tracker evidence only. No source, dependency pins, existing historical records or release artifacts change. The original eight bounded historical closures do not claim current exact-head certification or general recursive-improvement readiness.

Review PM: pm-rl-9uz4. This review closes no additional items.
