Tracker reconciliation had treated independent residual work as delivered or duplicate and attached unrelated evidence to several records. After pulling the PR branch and merging main 874ef8facb4c4b536f61d82bd809a18c29618557, this correction preserves pending owners and makes the proof match each recorded outcome.

Review-thread fixes:

Thread Corrected record
PRRT_kwDOSZgR5c6vCaig The catalog proof now names test/catalog.test.ts, test/fleet-snapshot.test.ts, test/fleet-commands.test.ts and scripts/read-fleet-commands.ts, rather than capacity scripts. The delivered default sibling-farm fix remains documented.
PRRT_kwDOSZgR5c6vCaik pm-web-4p94 is reopened for relative PM_FLEET_ROOT command-snapshot dependency links. Its current scope and evidence distinguish this pending case from the delivered default-selection fix.
PRRT_kwDOSZgR5c6vCaio pm-web-ummd is reopened for omit-dev fixtures resolving pm-ops from ancestor dependencies. pm-web-sspv owns the separate inherited ESM fixture repair; the related link remains context, with no duplicate resolution.

Whole-diff review also corrected these instances:

  • pm-web-vyxu is reopened: the attestation wrapper and supplemental checks remain, and the corpus imports that wrapper rather than establishing direct canonical parity/removal.
  • pm-web-fhob now explicitly consolidates the still-present 120 ms scheduling assumption into existing unresolved owner pm-web-qdhx. Its title describes consolidation, so the changelog no longer claims a delivered timing fix. The ready/release protocol in a different mixed SDK/spawn fixture is not evidence for the first spawn-fallback test.
  • pm-web-bw5d points to catalog code, assertions and committed hooks metadata; pm-web-xucb points to manifests and lint/duplication launchers; pm-web-jp0u now has a corrective ESM-fixture evidence comment. Earlier comments/history are retained.

Evidence was rechecked against main in place of behavioral revert tests, as this PR changes only .agents/pm/** and generated CHANGELOG.md. All 37 original reconciliations were inspected; all 17 named local delivery commits are ancestors of main, and 43 original evidence paths exist there. File existence alone is not behavioral proof: the source call paths and distinct pending scopes above were checked separately. The relative-root test forwards the configured string without normalization; command discovery builds relative symlink targets in disposable copies. Omit-dev fixtures remain subject to ancestor module lookup. No product code or fixture was changed and no new closure command was used.

Tracker-only gates passed at 480cc0d2c055b0e560aeda7f4d3e0d35978ee1e8 content:

  • npm ci: 295 packages added, 338 audited, zero vulnerabilities. The inherited npm user configuration was isolated without changing dependency pins.
  • npm run changelog:full and npm run changelog:check: generated output matches the corrected tracker. Reopened scopes are removed from completed-change claims.
  • PM-linked node_modules/.bin/pm --pm-path .agents/pm health --strict-exit: 1/1 command passed using tracker context and isolated identity.
  • Final strict health: 10 checks, exit 0, no blocking findings. Advisories: one queued telemetry event and four stale in-progress items. Telemetry configuration is untouched.
  • All 38 changed history streams preserve main's existing bytes as prefixes. The complete PR diff remains tracker-only, and added text has no absolute local paths. Claims are released; pending work remains in progress for orchestration.

Current tracker owners and corrected evidence:

pm-web-4p94, pm-web-ummd, pm-web-vyxu, pm-web-qdhx, pm-web-fhob, pm-web-bw5d, pm-web-xucb, pm-web-jp0u.

- Line 13: Update the resolution evidence to replace the three capacity-script
references with test/catalog.test.ts, test/fleet-snapshot.test.ts, and
scripts/read-fleet-commands.ts, which are relevant to verifying the closed
catalog regression.
- Around line 13-15: Keep the relative PM_FLEET_ROOT command-snapshot failure
tracked as unresolved: either reopen pm-web-4p94 for this case or create and
link a separate open tracker item. Do not treat the retained evidence paths or
sibling-farm resolution as closing this follow-up.

Review comments at @.agents/pm/issues/pm-web-ummd.toon:
- Line 13: Update the resolution for pm-web-ummd: do not mark it as a duplicate
of pm-web-sspv, which covers only the inherited ESM fixture failure. Keep
pm-web-ummd open to track the separate omit-dev failure where Node resolves
pm-ops from ancestor node_modules, or move that failure to a separate open item
before closing pm-web-ummd.
