Add a default model for Atari Pong. A [Pong-v5 model exists since 2021/2022 with a performance of 21/21](https://huggingface.co/r055a/atari-model-arena/blob/main/Pong-v5-legacy.pt), but the app does not support this version. Retrain the model with 4×84×84 frame-stacked obs and 6-action output space.
