Unlayered `* { margin: 0; padding: 0 }` was overriding all Tailwind
utility classes (p-6, mb-6, etc.) due to CSS cascade layer precedence.
Moved custom styles into @layer base so utilities work correctly.
- Resize popup from 360×480 to 375×667 (iPhone SE)
- Switch background from dark (#0a0a0a) to white
- Hide scrollbar by default, show on hover
