AgentSphere: UnicityId reassigning issue

1. Create user with all lowercase letters like: la-di-da
2. Create 2nd user with same nametag as above, but use 1st letter with uppercase: La-di-da
3. Send from 3rd user msg to 1st nametag (all lowercase)

Actual result: 2nd user received msg, not 1st one

Retested on https://unicitynetwork.github.io/sphere.
Now it is impossible to use uppercase letters, spaces, or Cyrillic (Russian) characters when creating a nametag.
As a result, nametags became less variable, but this solved the issue where multiple users could have the same nickname, such as c0in, c0In, C0in, etc.
