Enable
CONFIG_LIBPOSIX_TTY_STDOUT_SERIAL=yin the sqlite defconfig for qemu.x86_64.Without this option, stdout was not showing on serial when running sqlite in QEMU.
Tested on the staging branch: booting in QEMU shows stdout on serial correctly after this change.
