- Around line 189-190: Update titleCase to split string inputs on literal spaces
in addition to the existing STR_SPLITTERS, so each word in inputs such as “in
world” is capitalized. Keep the updated splitting behavior local to titleCase;
leave other helpers’ splitting unchanged.

Resolves #101
Summary
In standard title case conventions, the first word of a title is always capitalized, even if it is an article, preposition, or conjunction (such as 'in', 'and', 'the', 'a').
Previously, titleCase checked words against titleCaseExceptions regardless of their index, resulting in titleCase('in-world') returning 'in World' instead of 'In World'.
This change ensures that titleCaseExceptions is only evaluated when index > 0, so the first word is consistently capitalized.
