The tests cover slashes in query values and path slashes before fragments, but not a slash inside fragment text. Add assertions for
/foo#/bar/so a regression that treats the fragment slash as a path slash cannot pass unnoticed.Suggested fix

Good catch! Restricting the match to the pathname segment before any ?\ or #\ with /^[^?#]*/(?:[?#]|$)/:
- Correctly prevents slashes inside query parameter values (like \oo?query=/) or hash fragments from being falsely detected as trailing slashes.
- Test additions in \ est/trailing-slash.test.ts\ cover the edge cases nicely.
@michael-tischler We found that withTrailingSlash incorrectly treats a slash at the end of the query as a trailing pathname slash when
respectQueryAndFragment=true.Minimal reproduction:
withTrailingSlash("/wp-json/wp/v2/posts?slug=/", true)Actual:
/wp-json/wp/v2/posts?slug=/Expected:
/wp-json/wp/v2/posts/?slug=/Resolves #379 (#379).
