feat(cli): simplify setup and agent launch

Summary

• add coord work as the primary create-or-join worktree and launch-agent flow
• make init and work automatically start the local daemon, with init also creating a folder-named project
• launch Claude Code or Codex with per-track Coord MCP context without modifying global Codex configuration
• support agent detection and one-run overrides, bare coord track selection, relay tracks, and local npm linking
• update onboarding and worktree documentation

Verification

• corepack pnpm -r build
• 99 unit tests passed across core, CLI, and MCP
• 10 integration tests passed across CLI, daemon, MCP, vault, inbox/conflicts, and relay
• local npm link installation and coord --help smoke test passed
• git diff --check

This is a stacked PR based on #7, which performs the TeamBridge to Coord rename.
