AMP-Forge · De novo antimicrobial peptide design

Independently built a peptide-design platform with protein language models, a VAE, and latent diffusion. 25,622 peptides / 6 databases, predictor PCC = 0.90; multiple variants outperformed the original sequence in wet-lab validation.
