Twingate Panel is now live on EGO (extension 10569). Add it as the recommended install path ahead of the from-source instructions, plus a badge/link in the header, and a warning about not clicking Install on EGO for a directory that's also symlinked as a dev checkout — that overwrote the local repo once already this session.
