The hero peer-log stayed on 'connecting to the tracker…' when every peer was already present at first load (no join delta to report). After a successful first fetch it now reads 'live · N nodes online'; joins still override it.

Follow-up polish to #15. The hero peer-log stayed on 'connecting to the tracker…' when all peers were present at first load (the join-delta only fires on subsequent ticks). After a successful first fetch it now shows 'live · N nodes online'; joins still override it, and the empty-swarm and unreachable states are unchanged. One-line change to the widget script.
