• AUDIT_OPEN.md: one entry covering the wave-4 modules and the agent-hygiene lessons.
• NEXT_SESSION.md: rewritten as a handover. Where things stand, the decisions that need a human, what needs live systems, safe next work and the working rules.

• Main at bd7054e (all wave-4 PRs merged) was verified before the last two merges and again after S21: wire knowledge records into repo memory (SHIP_KNOWLEDGE_PROVENANCE=shadow|on) #51: lint clean, root 2147/2147, scripts 222 pass with 1 existing skip, web 169/169 and build ok, audits clean. Wire tool-manifest (S24) observe-only #52 merged afterwards on green CI.
