…ty. Added CSS variables for theme customization and updated styles for various elements to utilize these variables.

Each theme folder now includes CSS variable overrides for the v2.4.8+ cyberpanel-ui layout (data-theme light/dark). Legacy design.css remains for older panel versions. Updated README with install steps.
- Merge upstream VJ reorg (VJ-Theme-*-v2, legacy-VJ-Theme-*) - Regenerate design-v255.css from design.css via scripts/generate-design-v255.py - Add l-dark-theme v2.5.5 approximation pack; extend README
