Add Xquik Twitter site scripts

Summary

• Add twitter/xquik-tweet-detail for Xquik tweet detail lookup by ID.
• Add twitter/xquik-article for Xquik long-form article lookup by tweet ID.
• Use Tap site-script metadata for XQUIK_API_KEY and injected headers, matching the existing twitter/getxapi-* pattern.

Validation

• Checked sites/AGENTS.md and kept auth in metadata headers.
• Verified Xquik endpoints and response contracts against the public API source.
• Ran wrapped script-body syntax checks with Node's VM parser.
• Ran go test ./script -count=1.
• Ran go test ./... -timeout 60s -count=1.
